Life is so tender. I was inspired by my dog Buddha to paint this. We were out walking and a little way out on the hill I saw him looking into the distance. He seemed to be contemplating life. I think that thought is reserved for the human mind and the dog just lives.

All the big cats are endangered or soon will be if the present relationship with humanity continues to remain the same. The cheeta is most adaptable of all the cats. They have long been kept as house pets and trained to hunt. A customer and now friend told me that when she lived in S. Africa she saw that there were a lot of big cats being kept as house pets. Amazing.
