A sense of snow.

  1. I love every single one of these where you incorporate a human image. It’s like you’ve somehow exponentially expanded your vision!

  2. This is so lovely. I agree with the first comment… and I will add that your expanded vision is profound and heart-opening. Thank you.

  3. I love how the bear seems to be touching the woman’s shoulder, whispering in her ear. Speaking with ice on his breath of the long-forgotten (by us) connectedness of life, perhaps? Your addition of the human subject speaks to me of that: the interrelatedness of all beings in the Great Web of Life.

  4. I feel that we must become aware of our connectedness with all life and honor it if we and the entire planet are to survive.

  5. Great the relationship between the two and magnificent the spiritual dimension you gave to your symbolic painting ; lovely co-existence and interacion wih the purity of snow softly sweetening their meditation … I marvel at your masterpiece dear Gretchen 🙂

  6. Thank you. Did you ever view the motion picture ‘Smila’s Sense of Snow’? Smila was one with the snow. A great flick…..mystery. Took place in Finland and Greenland.
