Hamsa means white swan. It is the name of a very ancient and powerful mantra. Ham on the in-breath and So on the out-breath. The mantra leads us beyond our limited concepts and helps us let go of negative feelings. Like  swan we find our own spiritual grace and purity within.

  1. The purity of the swan is reflected in his eye. Beautiful (and I want to try this meditation).

    • I have been using this mantra for 35 years. Now that is either a testimony for the good or you could say that it hasn’t worked. It was given to me by a saint. And things have gotten a lot more peaceful over the years.
